Hello my name is …
Stephanie, and I am Elite Care’s Operations Manager for the Lancashire area. I work closely with Clients and their families, G.P.’s, district nursing teams, social workers, etc. in order to ensure that our clients receive the best possible, well co-ordinated care.
I have over 13 years’ experience of working within the Health and Social Care industry including 5 years’ of Managing Domiciliary Care services. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management of Adults, Children’s and Young People’s Services in Health and Social Care, and I am currently studying towards a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management. I hold a ‘Train the Trainer’ qualification, and I am also recognised as an iCare Ambassador, Dementia Friends Champion and Dignity Champion.
I began my career path in Health and Social Care in 2005 working with Janet and Katy for a large national domiciliary care provider as an Administrator at their Widnes Branch. I later moved to the Warrington office- which is where I first met Emma. Emma became my Manager in 2008 and I was promoted to Care Co-ordinator in 2009, moving to the Liverpool Branch to assist the Registered Manager there.
In 2010, I re-joined Emma’s team as a Care Co-ordinator and in 2014 was promoted to Registered Manager. In February 2018, along with Emma, Janet and Katy we formed Elite Care North West Limited.
I believe that we have been inextricably linked through the years as we all share the same work ethic, values and resolutely work together, whilst each bringing our own unique experiences. We are a dedicated, caring and knowledgeable team who work hard to ensure both Clients are safe and happy with the service, and equally that our employees are happy and supported in their roles. We are committed to continually improving the service through various channels and each give 100% commitment to our common goals at all times.
